Apple Cider Vinegar Drink in Filtered Water

Apple Cider Vinegar Drink in Filtered Water

If you’ve ever had a stuffy nose or cloudy head and don’t want to take an over the counter treatment then this natural remedy maybe something you want to try.  You’ll be able to breathe through your nose and feel less cloudy in your head after taking a breath of this pungent drink which starts the process of clearing up your sinuses. Then drink this up. And for anyone wondering if you can use this as a sinus wash, the answer is NO.

This concoction will soothe your symptoms with cayenne’s anti-inflammatory powers, and the apple cider vinegar will boost your immune system and energy levels to help you heal. If you use alkaline filtered water then you will get minerals.

The original recipe has you using 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper but I used 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. It doesn’t take much for my nose to clear up thankfully.

I always use reverse osmosis filtered water or alkaline filtered water in all my recipes. Tap water is not clean enough for me to use for my family. I don’t want any impurities in tap water to accumulate in my families body. I also use all organic products in my recipes. I like knowing they have pure and clean products and water to keep them healthy. I  hope this recipe helps you as much as it did me.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup filtered water or alkaline filtered water
